Race: Earth Pony
Appearance
Height: She has a long neck, so she is about a head taller then regular mare height at her age.
Body Type: She is slim and tall, not muscular at all but she is very flexible.
Mane Color: Black
Eye Color: Pink, but not visible behind her glasses.
Coat color: Sky blue
Markings: None
Additional: She wears a pair of glasses with blue rim and green glass, two flowers by her right ear colored red and purple, two silver studs in her right ear, a peace mark necklet and a pearl bracelet around her right back leg with a small heart.
General Appearance: Dixie has always been very laid back with her style and she doesn't really care about what others think about her style. She has always been tall, and she thinks to herself that when you're tall you don't look good in certain things. So her glasses and necklet are mostly what she wears and she likes to accessorize herself with some flowers when she's in a good mood. Her hair is always curly and loose, she washes it a lot and it calms her to just sit down and brush it. When you see her walking down the street, it's mostly in a relaxed and not too hasty walk or sometimes a slow trot if she's happy. She doesn't think of herself as pretty and has never liked her eyes, so she cover her face with her giant glasses which she likes to do. She doesn't really variate in her style, her wardrobe isn't big enough for that and she doesn't like to spend bits on silly clothes. Her tallness would have been threatening if she intended to hurt you, but if she stands in front of you and you have to look up, you'll see a warm smile most of the time.

Personality
Likes: Daffodils and roses are her favorite flowers, she likes to walk around in the rain, her music taste is mostly violins playing or drums with some relaxing running water sounds. She isn't much of an animal lover but she likes cats and turtles and communicating with others is what she mostly do beside her jobs.
Dislikes: Loud noises and shouting is bad for her ears since she has sensitive hearing, pushy and rude ponies as well as bossy and ignorant ones irritate her. When people are inpatient and it shows, big and overexcited animals and papaya.
Strengths: She is a clever mare who doesn't let anybody fool her, she is very patient and knows that things take the time it needs to take and that others have to get some time. She is very social and can get friends easily. Physically, she is a flexible and fast pony.
Weaknesses: She has a few bad habits and the worst one is that she sometimes judges ponies from their first impression and starts thinking if they need her help because of their behavior, she starts asking them questions she would usually ask her patients at the help center. Other ponies can get offended at times because of this and she doesn't know how to explain it to make it better. Another thing is that she always believes that she doesn't need to get in a rush and tends to get late to things, stress is something that makes her dizzy and unable to think properly under the conditions. She doesn't mind comments and critic on her business but she is very sensitive on self criticism. If ponies criticize her looks like her colors or her body, it will hit her hard and she will get more insecure.
Fears: Her biggest fear is to lose everything she owns. She has worked hard for what she has, and if she was to lose it she would be heartbroken and most likely far too down to try and get up again. She's also afraid of gryphons.
General Personality: Dixie is a overall happy and calm pony. She isn't too loud and doesn't really do anything that makes other ponies notice her when she arrives somewhere, she does enjoy attention but if it gets too much she will try and get away. Around crowded places, she doesn't like to stand out more then she needs to, she likes to socialize with others and what she would most likely do is to just go around and greet other ponies. It doesn't matter who you are or what you have done, Dixie will never treat anypony different, royalty and older ponies are the only ones she will see as someone to respect more and to look up to but other then that she sees everypony as equal. She never judges a pony by their looks, but without realizing or any intentions to, she judges them by her first impression when talking to them on how they act and behave around her. All she wants to do is help, but some ponies doesn’t need that and gets offended when she starts asking them personal questions on their first meeting.
Other ponies see her as a calm mare with a hippie style, the ponies she know is mostly happy to see her as Dixie is a pony that's easy to talk to and very understanding. She likes to discuss things with others like politics and just regular opinions on stuff, and she loves to help people who need it. She is easy to talk to and therefor gets to know others easily. It will take a lot of time to make Dixie angry and she hardly ever is, she is a cheerful and happy mare with a positive mind and always looks at the bright side of things. She tries to stay motivative for others so they will feel motivated and cheerful when she's around and specially under her lectures as she wants to teach everypony that they can do whatever they want if they just set their mind to it. One thing that she simply can't tolerate, no matter who or what you are, is when someone is disrespectful to innocent ponies or talks about themselves/acts like they are form a upperclass or think they are more worth then others. In a situation like this, she will act calm but stand up to the pony and ask about his/hers actions. What she usually asks them is why they do this, in what way they think it’s okay for them to do so and choses the calm solution to try and fix things. She might sometimes thing that she can talk off whoever she meets and may act like she know more then she does, but most of the time she stays inside her range of knowledge and tries to talk some sense to them. It doesn’t always work but she doesn’t always meet those kinds of ponies too often. As said, she is very patient so she can tolerate it to a limit which is where the line should have been crossed. She believes that they can change their minds whenever they want and she always gives ponies a second chance or more time before confronting them for the first or second time.

History
Father: Metal, 46, ex-lawyer, works at a flower shop in Las Pegasus and is re-married with a pegasus called Hazel that works at the shop with him.
Mother: Dazzling Blitz, 44, retired blues singer, has singing lessons for foals in Baltimare.
Siblings: Glimmer Wing, 5, step sister from Las Pegasus.
Other: She's single and doesn't have eny pets.
She lives with her aunt, Violet Rose, 56, used to work as a gardener and specialized in violet roses and roses in general. She also had a par time job as a nanny and sometimes went around cleaning houses for a cheap prize if she needed the bits, She learned to sew by her mother which passed away when she was 20 and lived with her father until he passed when she was 47.
History:
She was born at the Baltimare hospital in midsummer and was brought home to a small house on the border to the forest outside of the town, growing up around rich nature. She was a playful and curious child, but was very careful and a scaredy cat. Her parents where both very busy at the time with her father being a successful lawyer and her mother a talented and famous blues singer. So with them busy, she was at home with her Aunt Violet Rose. Her aunt was a kind and funny mare, she taught Dixie to sew and cook and always took her out for small adventures in the forest where they played until Dixie got tired. She was homeschooled as well by her aunt and didn't really have that many friends as a teen filly. She went to the school in the town to see how it was, but three big bullies blocked her way home and started picking on her and calling her names, they where big gryphon brutes and laughed at her until she started crying and left her there. She didn't want to return to the school so she stayed home, but still a bit unsure what her interests was. It was when she first got a radio and heard about the news that she wanted to do something special. Her aunt brought her to town and she discovered a group called "Peace with ease" which was a psychologist leading a group of teen ponies to find out more about what peace means and how to find peace in yourself. She was captivated by the mares words and her aunt signed her up in the group. Finally she had gotten an interest that she could dig into and she became a great psychologist assistant for the mare who leaded the group when it was over, she loved her job and couldn't ask for anything better.
But one day, the mare who was her idol got horribly sick and was sent to the hospital. One day when Dixie went to visit her, she said that she wanted Dixie to take over her business but move it somewhere else. Dixie was just a teen, but still knew what she had to do. It wasn't easy for her when the mare passed away two weeks later, but she tried to convince her aunt to help her. Holding a long speech about how important it was for her and to others, her cutiemark appeared and her aunt knew it was right. Her parents where more skeptical, but knew that she was in great hooves when Dixie moved out with her aunt. First they went to Las Pegasus, then to Bridleton, Manehatten and Canterlot before they found the perfect place. A city not too far away from her home town and just beside Fillydelphia.
The time from when she moved to her new home and until she got everything up and going was just filled with hard work, and when she could start her business she was motivated and ready to start. But one thing happened before she was ready to take jobs, she got a letter from her parents saying that they wanted to divorce. Dixie had spent far to little time to know any reason why this happened, but when she took a train back to Baltimare and heard the whole story she understood and helped her father to pack his things with a heavy heart. It took almost half a year for her to recover properly, but she got the business going.
And that brings us up to this day, she still lives with her aunt who helps her out with cleaning and payments. And to find her, look for the small, white house in the middle of town with a flower shaped sign with writings saying "Dixie Doves Help Center - psychologist, yoga and anger management lessons".

Out Of Character
Name: Just call me Deedee or Dove if you want!
Roleplay Sample: It was a calm day today and the shop wasn't very busy, the weather was hot so most of the ponies was out enjoying the sun but Dixie was stuck inside with her aunt to clean up a sticky mess after three foals had come in to her and brought chocolate, but dropped it on the floor without saying anything and it hardened again later in the evening. Dixie let out a tired sigh and looked over at her aunt. She was wearing that nice, green scarf with the white flowers on which made her blue eyes more visible. She had always adored aunt Violets eyes, how they twinkled in the sunlight and how they looked so deep and mysterious close up. She wished she had blue eyes, it was her favorite color and wished she could use color lenses but it was so expensive.
"What are you thinking about?" Aunt Violet said, interrupting Dixies daydreaming. She looked at her with her warm smile, she had put the mop and water away and it looked like she was about to go somewhere. "Ah! Nothing special.. where are you going?" Dixie asked, standing up and throwing the cloth in the bucket of water standing beside her. There was still some chocolate on the floor and the room smelled of it, she did like chocolate but the smell was so strong that it almost made her a big sick. ¨
Aunt Violet chuckled, looking at her with a smirk. "I'm not going anywhere alone, we'll go to the store to get a carpet".
They found a big selection of carpets on a small furniture store just around the corner, aunt Violet was chatting with the owner of the store while Dixie walked around. Looking at all the different colors, she almost couldn't decide. The decoration in her shop was mostly green, blue and white but she had some flowers and drawings with different colors that stood out. She didn't know if she wanted the carpet to stand out as well. 'Maybe a white carpet to match the curtains? No, it'll get dirty easier... maybe a dark color so stains and dirty won't be so visible' she though to herself while walking around between the big rolls of carpets. She found a small stand with a few carpet samples on and numbers. They looked so cute with that size, just as big as her hoof. She remembered that she had a small rag doll looking like a cat that she used to have tiny blankets too. And then she spotted a dark green square sample with a faint pattern of swirls on. 'It looks just like the blanket I had for my cat!' she though and a smile formed on her face as she gently felt it with her hoof. Knowing it was the right one, she turned to her aunt with a pleased smile. "I found our new carpet!" her voice had a exited and cheerful tone to it as aunt Violet chuckled in response.
