Fancy chuckled a bit. "To be honest, I've been sending copies of my chapters to my mother. She is the one who taught me how great reading was. She gives me her opinions and I use them to improve. But you wanna know the best part of the story?" They got the the reading area and Fancy stopped. "The best part is that the story is told from the views of each of the three ponies. I'm writing it so the reader can try and figure out the mystery themselves. It won't be completely obvious of course, but the challenge of solving the mystery by examining the characters in the story carefully will be the major draw I believe. Trying to get in their heads and find out who is the murderer."

"Parents are always good when it comes to one's passion." she smiled as she followed and got to the area he spoke of. Listening to the way his book was gonna be "So point of view per the ponies, and figuring out who did it. Drawing conclusions on clues, words spoken, and actions." she began to smile a bit thinking on it. She thought for a few before smirking "I bet it's the female friend that did it all."
Moving the books over she set them down by a bean bag and bowed to Fancy "Thank you for the help and generosity. I will make sure to repay it in full when I am able to."

Fancy chuckled and shook his head. "Sorry, but if there is one thing I hate its spoilers. I'll make sure to save you a copy though so you can read it when it is done." He then waved off her bow, not needing her to do so. "All I ask is that you tell your friends about the store and come back to buy more books. No need to go out of your way to thank me. Its my job to help customers after all. On that note, is there anything else you need or anything I can help you with?"

--- Just as the tip of her hoof touched the book she was after and made it move further inn, one of her hooves lost grip of the floor and she started to fall. A gasp was all she could let out as it felt like everything happened in the blink of an eye. And before she knew it, she was laying in the hoofs of a stranger that had caught her falling. She was surprised and a bit confused as she just kind of hanged there for a moment before getting up and turning around with a embarrassed blush on her face and noticed that it was the stallion she had asked for directions. "That was clumsy of me.. t-thank you" she said and gave a slight smile.

Low Key helped Niara back on to her hooves, a bit roughly perhaps. As she composes herself, he looks at her with blank expression. The only word that comes out of his mouth is weak, "Welcome", before he turns around and begins walking back to his table before she has a chance to say anything else. Just as he was about to sit down, looked up and noticed an all too familiar mare sitting down at a bean bag chair less than 10 meters from him. His eyes went wide and his adrenaline coursed through his veins as he prayed that she wouldn't notice him.
Suddenly, the two made eye contact. Oh shit.
Low Key slowly started backing up, his eyes filled with a look of sheer terror. His speed gradually increased until he turned around and started bolting for the door.
(( Sorry if I may have powergamed a bit, just really anxious to get this moving ))

Thinking some she shook her head "No, I believe that is all thanks again." she sat in the beanbag...finding a way to get comfy before sighing. Something soft to lay on felt good. Hearing a pony off to the side she looked over to see a female in the arms of, was that Low Key? Well she might have to say sorry for what happened, as the other and her had made eye contact didn't take her long to see pain in them and terror? Well she did do quite a number at the bar. Though she had to wonder if a unicorn mare could beat up the bouncers what could were they?
The moment he turned and began running towards the door she smiled a bit "Aww he is running." She began to use her magic and blinked behind Fancy "Be right back." before blinking closer and closer to the door before blinking in front of it looking at Low Key "I do believe we need a little chat. So do stop I will hate to use my magic on you."

Low skidded to a halt before Midnight. He appeared to be frozen in fear, his body low to the floor as if he was ready to spring away at any second. The fear was even more evident up close, there were even a few tears starting to form.
He stammers, "P-Please don't h-hurt me! I-I'm sorry! I'm sorry, okay?! I didn't mean to!" He finally just collapses to the floor, covering his head with his forehooves, his tone changing to resignation, "I'm sorry."

Looking at him with the look in his eyes she saw tears. Closer now she just watched as he froze up "You and I are gonna have a little conversation." she watched as he hit the floor before tilting her head "Sorry oh right...for that." she began to rub the back of her head some "Well think we should chat about that. Had I known you were a well from what I could tell virgin at the time I probably would've yanked you back into the bathroom and taught you more."
"Now then on your hooves back to the beanbags. Dont make me have to carry you."

Low didn't move for a few moments, until he finally moved a hoof away from an eye to look up pathetically at Midnight. Slowly, he shakily got to his feet and followed her over to the beanbags. In spite of her apology, his mood had not changed in the slightest. His eyes remained focused on the floor and his hooves dragged. He looked like a pony who had just accepted a death sentence and was on his way to the gallows. As they arrived at their destination, he sat down on an unoccupied beanbag but did still did not look at Midnight.

Getting back to the beanbags she got back on her's and began to get comfy again "Ok back Fancy...and brought somepony with me." she pointed at Low Key and smiled some "He is a bartender and wants to be a musician." she began to look at Key as he wasnt looking at her "And could we get a second of privacy? I need to talk to him about something."
She began to lift a book up with her magic as she flipped it open "You know Key I enjoy a good book what about you?"

Low Key said nothing. He would glance occasionally at Midnight, but it wouldn't be for long. There was obviously a lot on his mind, and spending a moment with the mare who publicly shamed and beat him was not something he hoped to ever do. He was just waiting for the moment when she would tease him to the point of seduction, only for it to end exactly like last time. At that thought, the tears that had been welling in his eyes finally started to fall as he still stared silently at the floor.

--- Niara was surprised as he walked away, but shrugged it off. Picking up the book, she walked around and spotted another stallion. He had a blue coat and light blue mane and tail, she gave a warm smile and lifted up the book. "Are you the one running this store?" she asked, hoping it was't another customer. She almost face planted the ground after trying to get her book and didn't want anything to get worse at the moment. She hadn't seen anypony else around so she was just hoping that he was the owner, looking at him and assuming that he was a kind pony. She didn't know why but she just felt like he was somepony who couldn't be mean at first impression.

Fancy had obliged Midnight's request, not seeing more after it. That was when Niara showed up and spoke to him. He gave the mare a smile and nodded. "My name is Fancy Flights and yes, I do own and run Fancy Prints. its very nice to meet you." He gestured to the book in hand. "I see you are already in the thick of looking for a good book. Did you have a question? Perhaps you need to find another book, but you don't know where to look exactly? I can help you find anything you are looking for. If you need it, I probably have it. If I don't, I put an order in for it and have it delivered as soon as possible. So, how can I help you miss?"

--- Niara smiled, overwhelmed and happy that he was so glad to help a customer. She gave a nod and looked at her book. "I was looking for some history books that are easy to read?" she asked, looking back up at him curiously. She had to admit that he was kind of cute, and when her thoughts drifted that way her cheeks turned rosy. She moved her shawl up a bit and tried to hide her blush, but it didn't really work. Looking back at him, she hoped he had some books about Equestria history or maybe about this city. She wanted to know more about it.

Fancy's face lit up at Niara's request. "You have definitely come to the right place. I have a great selection of history books. My mother is a professor at Canterlot University and she helped me pick the best books. Please follow me." Fancy led the mare to the history section, looking through the books. "Hmm... lets see. Easy to read... easy to read..." As Fancy looked, he floated in the air via his wings to get the higher up books he started gathering a few that caught his eyes. Soon he had six which he set before Niara after he landed. "Here we go. By a stallion named I. Horseshoe. These series of books cover history from general to the major eras. I also added one on the local city history in case you were also interested into that. See anything you like?"
