It had been a few days since the incident at the bar and many ponies were still spreading rumors and gossip and this being the gossip center of town a few ponies sitting at the tables around the building were making mention of the mare and her demonic powers. Even those who didn't know about the incident were starting to learn more and more about the pony,"I heard she is really from Tartarus and is here to take our souls.", "I heard she likes to lure fillies and colts into the woods on the outside of town and devour them." Many of the rumors followed the pattern saying how she was demonic and evil or some kind of freak of nature that didn't belong in this town but just like most gossip and rumors not many are to act on that information.
That became obvious when Zeila entered the cafe her tale tale cloak covered her head and most of her body as she slowly moved to one of the nearby empty tables and sits down. Many of the ponies nearby either moved away in fear or gave her angry glare making the normally happy and bustling cafe to become heavily silent with tension and fear, after a few minutes of many ponies staring at her some of them started to leave making the cafe emptier then before.

It was strange for Spirit. Really, it was. She was lounging in the cafe, listening to gossip. And for once, it /wasn't/ about her. Especially what with the words and accusations being thrown around. A small smirk actually curled onto the mare's face. Many of those had been attributed to her, before. Soul Collector, sold her own soul, and all that fun stuff. But, nopony in this town save for a choice few knew of what it was she did, though. If they saw her conjurations with what looked to be pictures, they would... probably try and run her out of town for Witchcraft. Strange to think that Witchcraft was still a thing that ponies still got worked up over. After all, most unicorns could spout magick like it was nopony's business. But, oh, once you don't use your horn, you're a 'heathen' and 'must be burned at the stake.' Really, they were just over reacting.
The rather..... fond.... memories were chased away by the sudden absence of sound in the cafe. Speak of the devil, or so they say, apparently. A few of the ponies around looked afraid for Spirit when she didn't move away from Zeila. Some thought her mad, probably. Then most thought her mad when she actually stood up, and took a seat across from the Soulcrown. Good thing she didn't fear demons, wasn't it? "Hey! You're making quite the splash around town, aren't you?"

Zeila raises her head a little from looking down as she hears the voice of s mare coming to sit across from her turning her head away as she waits to hear some rude remark or something along those lines that many other ponies have said though usually from afar or in a group. She only looked up to her having head still covered by her hood,"I guess I am not that I really meant to." She says a bit of resistance not wanting to say too much in case she needed to get out real quick.

Spirit was incredibly nonchalant about speaking to the alleged 'Demon.' Enough so that she leaned back in her chair and kicked her hope up on the table, much to the disdain of the staff. But, they weren't going to approach this nearly cataclysmic duo. While Spirit was not known as the Witch or Soul Collector, yet, he had already lead golems into town and been sent to jail. Sure, it was a short lived stay but, it still got her a name, "We never mean to, Hun, but it happens. Seems you just drew the short straw this time, didn't you?"

She groans lightly and rubs her head with frustration through her hood,"Unless you count keeping a creep away who was hitting on my way too much while I was drunk out of my mind." She grumbles a little as she sits her head down on the table. "All because he couldn't take a hint and not remove my hood." The tone of her voice got low and sounded heavy with frustration just recalling the event from that night made her grit her teeth tightly.

Didn't what to remove her hood? spirit had to admit, her I retest was suddenly piqued. She wanted to know what was so damn important that she needs to hide it. But, then again, Spirit, herself next to never took off her cloak. Only a few ponies in town actually saw what she had underneath the blue fabric. The mere thought of it had her shift her body a bit, and send it cascading across her body again, still covering every stretch of skin below her neck.
Taking her hind legs off the table, she leaned forward a bit, and softly stated, "well, if it hurts, don't think about it, Hun. What you decide to share is your decision alone."

Zeila leans back in her chair letting out a sigh of frustration looking around the room as she notices the other ponies that were still in the cafe were cowering or backed to the other side of the cafe she quickly sits up in her chair properly then groans."Maybe but I don't know it just seems to bring me nothing but problems when it was only meant to keep me from being chased or hunted."

"Ponies are naturally curious creatures," Spirit claimed, "They won't all leave you alone until they know exactly what lies underneath that cowl of yours. But, once again, exactly what you share with anypony is only up to you."
With that said, she moved her head and gestured to a waiter, and shoted an order for some coffee. Only half because she wanted it. The other part was that she wanted to force a pony over to them, "But, could I at least ask for your name, madam? Or would you prefer that under wraps, as well?

She looked up at the mare and then chuckles,"I would love to but I think it is only polite if you tell me your name first seeing as how you were asking me." She says placing her fore hooves under her chin to prop her head up as she seems to wait for her to say her name to Zeila.

"Oh, why you're right!" Spirit said, smiling, Where are my manners? I am so sorry, miss." After saying that, she dropped into as much of a bow as she could given her seated position, "I am Spirit Weaver, Adventurer, Village Idiot, and part time book-jockey. Will that work well enough for an introduction?"

Zeila gives a small chuckles trying to cover it up before looking at her,"I see your a very interesting character I can say that." She says with a small grin across her hooded face, though she sits up properly and clears her throat as she starts to speak."My name is Zeila it is a pleasure to meet you Spirit Weaver." She looks at the mare then at the room feeling the glares and looks beating down on her from some of the other patrons. "I apologies though I guess me being here has done nothing but suck out the joy and fun atmosphere of this place and made it a bit more tense."

"The pleasure is all mine, Miss Zeila," the Witch claimed, smiling, "And I guess you could say that I've some interesting quirks, as I'm sure one could probably say to you, as well, hun."
Their conversation was interrupted by a waiter practically throwing down Spirit's cup of coffee, and sprinting off, "And while I agree that the aura of the place seems rather strange, I will admit it's rather nice to be able to sit in near silence, for once."
She reached into a coinpurse hanging from her satchel and laid the payment for her drink down on the table, "But, if it bothers you, should we head off into somewhere else, maybe? I'm sure there are other peaceful places we could go and visit."

Zeila shakes her head a bit to her statement,"Honestly no almost everywhere I go I get this same treatment where the other ponies just glare and look at me like i'm some monster or just leave the area entirely then I get yelled at by the store managers because I scared off their patrons." Her hoof taps on the table with a growing rhythm to it before coming to a stop.
"No that isn't it, I'm just not sure where I can go or if it would matter I mean you can have such a reputation and no one seems to bother you or anything. But then again everyone seems to be able to tolerate you huh?", giving a slight snarky tone to her words making it apparent that she was getting a little agitated. She knew there was no reason for the attitude that was coming off from her at the moment but for some reason that only made sense in the back of her mind this was upsetting to her.

Spirit nodded understandingly. She wasn't going to argue with any of this kinda stuff with Zeila, lest she anger the other mare. Hell, it was obvious that she was already starting to strike a few nerves with her. Her voice seemed like she was gettting almost frustrated with her, so Spirit just decided to have one last say on the matter before moving on, "They tolerate me, yes. But, they still don't like me. Sure, I haven't done anything overtly 'witch-like' yet, but that doesn't mean they care."
"But, that's beside the point," she said, now changing the subject rather expertly, "I feel like I'd still like to get to know you a bit more, though, Miss Zeila, if you don't mind. Like, what exactly do you do around here to stay afloat? Do you work or how do you make the bits to keep alive?"
"Or... is that asking too much?"

Zeila gets a little surprised as she heard her comment about how the other ponies were tolerating her presence even though they were scared of her but she did notice how she dropped the question that seemed to have hit a nerve with her. She gives a smirk before leaning on her forehoof to look at her,"Well I do a few odd jobs and such outside of town in Baltimare and such." She smiles a little,"What about you? What do you do for work?"
